Prices and booking conditions
The rate depends on the season rather than the number of guests. We recommend no more than ten guests in summer and eight in winter. The minimum stay is three nights.
For groups passing through, such as a snowmobile touring group, a one-night stay may be possible by arrangement. The original article quotes a €240 cleaning charge for this exception. Have the conditions for your stay confirmed in your offer.
Included in your stay
- Rowing boat and canoe with life jackets.
- Year-round hot tub use.
- Three pairs of snowshoes, two pairs of ice skates and two pairs of deep-snow skis, the latter listed as available from February 2026.
- A potkukelkka, the traditional Finnish kick sled.
- Electricity and utilities.
- Household essentials and basic groceries; please replace what you use.
- Firewood for the sauna and fireplace.
Getting here
A rental car is recommended. The original article gives an approximate airport taxi price of €280; request the current price for your route and group size. A rental car with airport transfer can be arranged on request.
What the stay offers
The house is on a quiet peninsula beside the lake, with room for time together and time alone. Fishing, boating and watching nature are close at hand. We offer personal help with holiday planning. As anywhere near water, families need to supervise children appropriately.
